Qualifications for Free Shipping
In order to qualify for free shipping, your total order cost must be over $200. Total weight for all items in your order also must not exceed 40lbs.

Shipping Methods Explanation
- Standard Shipping: Delivery typically in one to five business
days after shipment. - Second Day: Delivery by the end of the second business day
after an order has shipped. For example, if an order is shipped out
on Monday, it will arrive on Wednesday. - Next Day: Delivery the next business day after an order has
shipped. An order that ships out on Thursday with Next-Day delivery
would be delivered on Friday.

Tracking Your Order
All shipments include a tracking number, which will be emailed to you when the order is shipped. Certain high value products may require a signature upon delivery.
Occasionally, certain circumstances may prohibit us from fulfilling the requested method selected during checkout and an alternate carrier and/or method will be substituted at the discretion of Install Gadgets. In the event of any changes to shipping options, an Install Gadgets representative may contact you prior to shipping to confirm these changes.
Carrier Returned Packages
If a package is returned by a shipping carrier either due to incomplete or erroneous address information provided by the customer, is rejected by the customer at the time of delivery, or is unclaimed and automatically returned by the carrier, the customer is responsible for the original shipping costs plus any additional shipping fees incurred for reshipping.
Heavy or Oversized Items
We will not ship an order without your prior approval and payment of the final shipping charges. When your order is placed, we will contact you via email within two business days with the final shipping estimate for your order. You will be notified of the final shipping cost before your order is processed, and this may result in an additional charge or a refund.
Out-of-Stock Products
We will ship your product as it becomes available. There may be times when the product you have ordered is out-of-stock which will delay fulfilling your order. We will keep you informed of any products that you have ordered that are out-of-stock and unavailable for immediate shipment. You may cancel your order at any time prior to shipping.
Orders and Cancellations
Your receipt of an electronic or other form of order confirmation does not signify our acceptance of your order, nor does it constitute confirmation of our offer to sell.
Additional Shipping Information
Business days are Monday through Friday; Holidays, Saturday and Sunday
are not included in shipping days.
*A physical street address is required for all shipments. Addresses which do not receive regular service from one of our selected carriers may be ineligible for shipping.
Prices are subject to change without notice and all shipping rates are subject to verification prior to shipping.
Delivery to carrier constitutes delivery to customer. All shipping related claims must be processed through the carrier and are subject to claim authorization procedures. This includes, delays, lost or stolen items and damage to goods during transit.
Shipping charges are not refundable unless we make an error in your shipment, or the carrier has failed to meet the delivery commitment and issued a credit to Install Gadgets. Claims decisions by the carrier are final.
Returns
Quick Lowdown
- Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) must be obtained from
Customer Service prior to returning item - Must be within 30 days of delivery
- Must be in a new unopened packaging
- 15% restocking fee

Return Eligibility
Some items are ineligible for returns. Returns will not be accepted without a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number prior to being returned. You can request an RMA number by contacting our customer service department. Items purchased outside of our web store must be returned through the original retailer where the products were
acquired.
In order to be eligible for a return, the item/s must be returned within 30 days from the date of delivery and must be new and in the original unopened packaging. Incomplete or opened items do will not be accepted. All returns are subject to a 15% restocking fee and return labels are the responsibility of the customer. Original shipping costs are non-refundable.
